I had been rehab then respite care for six months. Unable to return to my home of 35 years, my wife found us a home, that was very close to being totally accessible. The lack of grab bars being foremost the issue. We had used another installer a year ago,. Due to virus and age he was taking a break. A friend recommended Next Day Access and was very happy. I called and Chris was amazing, willing to come the next day. I needed time for family to prepare and I needed to give respite facilities two days get details worked out. Kevin arrived early, luckily I got home on time. He offered several bar lengths and placement suggestions. Luckily I had fair knowledge of use and placement. I appreciated I was not pressured and even told that several extra bars I asked about, most likely would go unused. The prices were fair, no haggling. It’s good to have competent workmen like Kevin in your home. Having your best interests in mind.
