We just had this beautiful American-made aluminum wheelchair ramp installed that provides safe access from our deck to the pool. Josiah, the managing partner, came to the house on Monday afternoon to do an estimate and his crew installed it the following Wednesday morning.  We were quoted a fair price and the crew did a great installation.  The crew was on-time, double-checked their work, and cleaned up before leaving. THe team that came with Josiah was all prompt and on time. The lift was installed with great care and was focused on making sure that the lift worked properly and that all safety features worked as they should. I have no complaints about the service at all. Operation of the lift was explained in detailed and I was shown what to do if there ever was a problem and told to call anytime I had trouble or questions. So why mess with perfection. I am very impressed with Josiah and his team. Josiah was prompt, professional and very knowledgable. The quote for what we needed done was reasonable (several grabs bars and an adjustable shower head). When the team came to install everything they were very conscientious and professional.
