I was very pleased with the prompt service we received at each step in the process.  They came out to give us a quote within 24 hours and made sure the ramp was installed before my mother was to come home from the hospital. This company gets a 5-star review all the way around! I was in a real bind: my husband and I live in  his parents’ basement and I am their caretaker. I fell and broke my foot and can’t climb stairs! From the first phone call to inquire, to a truly ‘next day’ experience, to installation, this could not have gone smoother. Marianne (the owner) takes your call personally! She is warm, professional and proficient. And I appreciate that she is not AI!!! I spoke with her on a Tuesday afternoon. After sending her pictures and measurements of my stairway, I had an installation scheduled for that THURSDAY afternoon. I could not believe it! I received emails, calls and texts with updates, quotes, etc. throughout the whole process. If they said they were going to do something, they DID IT! They showed up on time and had the stairlift installed in about 2 hours. Mike and Gage were wonderful installers. When they left, my garage and stairway were spotless. You would never know they were here except I had a brand new stairlift! I called several other companies before connecting with Next Day Access.
