Greg Bradle’s career began with trim carpentry, general contracting, and property inspections, including working with those in need as a federal Housing and Urban Development inspector. “My desire is to take the knowledge I have learned from abroad with HUD and help those in need within my local community,” said Greg. “With previous HUD inspections across many states, I have had many times where the occupant comes to the door on the floor, not able to walk.” Greg knew that when he opened his own business, this was the community he wanted to serve.

The owner and operator of both locations is Dixon Downs.

Prior to his partnership with Next Day Access, Dixon Downs worked in the construction industry, starting in heavy civil projects such as mass excavation, highways, and mining, and later moving into residential construction with land development and foundation excavation. Along the way, he saw the need for accessibility solutions in his community and found fulfillment in helping people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. After years of working for others, Dixon realized something: “I was dedicating my time and energy to building someone else’s dream rather than my own. I wanted my efforts to directly contribute to my future, not just another person’s success.” So Dixon began discussing franchise opportunities with a consultant, which led him to Next Day Access. 

A few things stood out to him about Next Day Access. “I have personally seen the need for these services through family members who faced accessibility challenges, and I value the job satisfaction that comes from helping people find solutions to major mobility and accessibility issues,” said Dixon. He also considered that people will always need additional support navigating both commercial and residential spaces, and seeing our other locations continuing to grow instilled his confidence in his decision. “With my background in business development and construction, I felt I had a unique advantage in launching and growing a Next Day Access location,” said Dixon. “Ultimately, NDA aligned perfectly with my professional strengths, personal values, and long-term goals.”

After a thorough in-person training with the home office team, Dixon is confident and ready to open his doors. “I’m excited to get out into the community and let them know that we have solutions to their accessibility problems.” His opening date for both locations is August 26, 2025.

Both locations are owned and operated by Ben Bayles.

Before he pursued business ownership, Ben spent over two decades in the oil and gas industry, where he applied his engineering degree from Texas A&M and his MBA from Sam Houston State to lead major initiatives and drive meaningful change. “As a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, he specialized in designing equipment, optimizing supplier relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams through continuous improvement efforts,” Ben shared. Beyond the boardroom, Ben is deeply committed to investing in his community’s physical and spiritual needs, serving with numerous nonprofit organizations, and supporting underserved populations. 

That same passion for helping others led Ben to explore ways to blend purpose with entrepreneurship.  After discussing his ideas with his franchise consultant, who recommended Next Day Access. “The idea of stepping into a proven business model, one that already demonstrated success and community impact, felt like the perfect way to channel my values into action,” said Ben. “It offered the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while building something I believed in

The Yoders are no strangers to business ownership. Elizabeth, who has a doctorate in vocal pedagogy and is a classically trained opera singer, spent years working in her own business with highly trained singers, voice professionals, and piano players in New York City. Through her many years on stage and in studios, she shared her love of people and seeing her students grow. Her husband, Jared, shared his love of people by working as a Registered Nurse for the last twenty-five years, including working in the cardiac ICU and nursing management. He completed his Master’s in Business Administration and Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership through Cornell University while working as an administrator at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has always had the entrepreneurial bug, and now the timing is right.

When they began researching franchises, Next Day Access was a great solution to combine their business ownership with their desire to help people. “We are passionate about helping others in our community, building family teams, leaving a legacy, and influencing others to be a force for good,” says Elizabeth. Mark and Casey have wanted to work together for quite some time now, and their 25-year friendship is a testament to their camaraderie and dedication. Mark spent 10 years working in commercial construction as a project manager and a general superintendent, and has high-rise buildings, schools, parking garages, and medical buildings under his belt. Meanwhile, Casey worked in sales for 15 years and has been a local small business owner for 5 of those years. “My wife, Amanda, is the one who inspired me to pursue this industry,” Casey said. Working with special education students showed Amanda the tremendous need for various accessibility and mobility solutions. 

Casey knew this industry was perfect for not only him, but also Mark. “We have been wanting to start a business together, and this is the perfect thing we can finally do,” Mark said. “The timing worked out perfectly.” The two are excited to work together to serve their community by helping people find the right solutions for them. “Finding solutions, going to someone’s house, and ensuring that people are cared for is very satisfying,” said Mark. “I am excited to work with a franchise to have that additional support, as that is a valuable resource for us,” Casey added. ATLANTA, GEORGIA, UNITED STATES, April 4, 2025—Next Day Access, a leading provider of mobility and accessibility solutions, is continuing its Georgia territory with the grand opening of Next Day Access Greater Atlanta. Steven Bush and Salvatore Massaro own and operate this location.

The duo initially met by working at the same printing company. While Salvatore, or Sal, contracted with tech companies, Steve managed sales channels. Both men began considering different avenues and credited their inspiration to Steve’s wife, Maureen, a caretaker organization’s Director of Sales and Marketing. She would often discuss the struggles the clients and their families faced of choosing between assisted living or moving back home, and that’s when they first heard the term ‘aging in place’. 

Steve asked, “How do we help people age in place?” They quickly learned of the high need in the Greater Atlanta Metro community and began researching solutions like wheelchair ramps, stairlifts, grab bars, and more.
