Extremely pleased with this company. My elderly mother needed bath and shower safety rails to prevent a fall and help with mobility. They responded quickly and answered all our questions. We needed a ramp very quickly when my son broke his leg and had to be in a wheelchair for several months. I called and they came the next morning and had the ramp set up in no time at all. I called when we were done using the ramp and they came the next day and removed it. If I am ever in need of another ramp, they will definitely be the first business I will call. This company is awesome.  Thank you so much for installing this ramp. John came out today and installed our ramp in about an hour and a half. He showed me how it is adjustable when I have concrete poured for the base. This will make it so much easier my wife who is wheelchair bound and also for my mother-in-law. We cannot thank John of Next Day and Morgan, the installer, for responding so quickly, being so helpful and a quick and safe installation of our temporary ramp.  I was really stressing how I would be able to go in and  out of our house with a broken ankle and not having my husband hurt his back. We had Next Day Access install a Stiltz Lift System in our house in Cookeville, TN. They were very professional and helped us select the best place to install the lift. They explained all that was involved in the installation and the time frame to complete it. After the installation there were a couple of issues with a safety switch. We called them about it and they promptly repaired the switch. There was another issue with a remote control and again they promptly repaired the issue.
